31st monologue …

a daily gratitude routine
seems to have a sustainable
effect on happiness.

i noticed, when not
sticking to a daily routine,
these past ten days;

the slowly built up
trust and stability of
the earlier 4 weeks
came to a gradual end
faster than expected

i’m grateful today
for seeing the positive effects
of a gratitude journal
on my mental and emotional health
and on the experience of love
in this life.
