    • Whether it is here or there, it is always the same. Place doesn’t matter. Neither does it matter whether it is an accident or a wilful act — it is the same for any victim. Neither do those numbers matter. A car crash with one victim, still is the loss of a human life. But it is very close to home. 10 minutes drive to the airport. The metro is also a place I often frequented …
      Then, I don’t watch the news, but read the newspaper’s website. 2 times a day. It’s less emotional, I choose not to see what those terrorists want the world to see … I say “NO” to fear, in this case.

      Thank you, Ellen, for your empathy and concern. I haven’t heard from anyone yet about a victim close-by, but this kind of personal news travels slowly.
