once we find ourselves beyond self imposed limitations
we can never return to that same cocoon of ignorance

I might spin a new cocoon,
but the old one
will never fit any more

    • introspection is enough for many self imposed ‘rules’, but unfortunately not for the most important ones.
      there sometimes is a moment of stillness, and something happens, then you see without words.
      but even stillness alone is not enough — you need the stillness in an absolutely FREE and empty mindset: like when surrendering to a flu 🙂
