mindful delusion

When letting go of control …
requires energy
then it is a false ‘letting go’
a suppressing of control
in stead of releasing it:
mind controlling control

mind can easily delude us
that it is ‘inside what is’
mind is then trying to go faster
so as to emulate presence
— perhaps?

To see ‘what is’
we need less energy,
not more,
less resources,
less mind
more joy

the discovery
of every moment
is spontaneous.

  1. Tagging on to SmileCalm’s comment…just enough free will to openly face the pain that keeps us from letting go. Thank you for bringing this important topic. For many years, I didn’t know how to let go….I was so used to striving. I found out that letting go didn’t mean instantaneous peace. For me, It meant facing the illusions head on, allowing the pain…………and then, only then…..enjoying the peace that passes all understanding.

    • somehow I intuit that free will comes before thought, an interrupt from deep within. letting go is something that comes when the mind is not worrying or busy about it any more. one morning we wake up, and the letting go can begin.
