Strange are the seasons: I heard how cold it is at the other side of the ocean.
Here it is unusually mild, 12C/55F.
And now some early flowers are showing; this shy and tiny daisy with an unusual guest.
I wouldn’t have noticed it without the camera, in fact I only noticed when viewing the pic on my PC.

It mustn’t be any bigger than just 1 millimetre
but it has two eyes, and six legs, and lining on its tiny body …

These tiny creatures are simply amazing,
this is what inspires me  …
I feel nothing but awe

  1. Same here – including the daisies!
    I assume we will get tons of snow then by the end of February or in March! Last year the first snow (announced as “snow of the century” – and impressive it was) coincided with driving a road in the “mountains” very early in the morning… a really interesting experience.
